Review: It was clear by the time I cut my first scene on VideoBox; this was the site that set a new standard for streaming media across the web. Consensus around the office certainly puts them in our #1 spot for some very good reasons. They have over 2,450 DVD's and offer each at several different speeds. However, the most attractive feature is the ability to start
and stop each video at any point, basically cutting your own scenes by viewing a series of thumbnails. There is no other video site that gets you what you want to see faster and in such large quantity.
I was so tempted to give this a perfect score but deducted 1 point since you can find these videos at most large adult video stores, but certainly not at their low price. Sometimes I often wonder how companies can lease such massive amounts of content and charge such low rates and still turn a profit.
Let’s face it, this is a video site and to really enjoy it you’ll need something better than 56k. However, they do have 56k video but it’s hardly what I’d call spectacular. If you have a broadband connection you will literally be in porn heaven. The video quality/bit rates get quite high and on our meager DSL connection we had crystal clear scenes.
The tour is basically like looking at the members section except you can actually view the videos. Another great feature is it remembers what kind of scenes you liked and shows others similar. It’s extremely hard to find something wrong with this site.
Several of us at 007PR are members at VideoBox because they have just about everything under the sun. Over 40 other review sites have them as their top pick. If we recommend one site this would be it!
